We have not written a terms of service yet.   But we will have one soon.   It’s the normal legal mumbo jumbo that all other hosting providers have.   You agree not to host kiddy porn, hacking shit, credit card fraud stuff, or any pirated software, videos, or anything like that.  You agree not to breach the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) or any other copyright infringement shit.   You agree not to send spam from our server.

We reserve the right to cancel your service without warnings if you do any of the shit above.   Also, we do not offer refunds for any reason unless request is sent in writing to our physical address, not digital, physical paper with a signature on it.

Other than that, have a nice day and oh yeah, we guarantee a 99.999% uptime.  We do reboot our server once in a while for updates but we will put all maintenance notices up in our client area.
